The first step is to arrange a meeting at your home or work to learn about your requirements. We advise as to which areas are within your budget and would best suit your lifestyle, taking into account transport, local amenities and any other factors.

Sourcing and previewing properties
Once your rental brief is established your search consultant sources, and if lead-time allows, previews suitable properties.

Accompanied tours
Your search consultant will arrange accompanied tours of the most suitable properties, which usually consist of two half-day tours.

Negotiation
Once you have decided on a property, we then negotiate the rent, as well as address any other contract requirements, and ensure the property offers you all you need in terms of furniture and fittings. Your search consultant will oversee all the paperwork and liase between the relevant parties involved on your behalf.
